We’re looking for forward deployed engineers with a strong, broad background who are excited about creating a top tier developer experience using AI for devops. We believe strongly in the power of a small, capable, motivated team and want engineers who are willing to take on that challenge. A background across the stack, ideally with some experience in infrastructure or backend engineering is the ideal fit, but we’re interested in anyone with the chops willing to take on the challenge.

What you can expect -----------------------

• Play a pivotal role in securing pilot wins by getting hands on keyboard and implementing solutions, directly influencing the success and growth of Plural.
• Work closely with Plural’s leadership, including the CTO and CEO, gaining unique insights and contributing to high-level strategic decisions.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and use cases, and demonstrating how our solutions can solve their challenges.
• Enhance your expertise in Kubernetes, cloud environments, and infrastructure management through hands-on experience and challenges.
• Contribute to the shaping of our product and services based on customer feedback.

• Help build and scale the forward deployment and customer support function by identifying and implementing best practices, processes, and tools, and contributing to the hiring and onboarding of additional team members as this function grows.

What you’ll need --------------------

• Strong computer science fundamentals
• 3 - 5 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience with a track record of deploying complex systems in enterprise environments.
• Client-facing technical experience: Previous role as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar position working directly with enterprise customers.
• Enterprise integration / data integration expertise: Experience with SSO/SCIM, RBAC, database integrations, and enterprise security requirements.
• Communication and presentation skills: Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and technical teams alike.

Compensation ----------------

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and does not include other forms of compensation, such as equity and commission.
