FDE L2 is a fully productive individual contributor who delivers stable AI and agentic solutions with moderate guidance . The role owns defined workstreams within customer deployments and consistently translates requirements into working systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade agentic workflows for assigned scope

Troubleshoot common LLM, integration, and deployment issues

Apply CI/CD, observability, and security practices with consistency

Communicate delivery progress and risks clearly to stakeholders

Skills Expectations

Strong production coding skills and cloud-native development

Working knowledge of agent frameworks, evaluation, and guardrails

Ability to apply MCP/A2A-style context retrieval with guidance

Comfortable in customer-facing technical

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
